Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped(non-local orders) or been delivered (local deliveries only).
Note* Due to current shipping challenges and high volumes of orders, please keep in mind that shipping times are a general guideline but may be delayed for various reasons such as supply chain delays, inclement weather conditions, or other unforeseeable events that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping for orders $48 and above.
Local delivery
If you offer local delivery or in-store pickup to customers in your area, you can dedicate a section of your shipping policy page to explain the process or create a separate shipping page specifically for local customers.
Free local delivery is available for all orders located in Richland, Pasco, and Kennewick.
Deliveries and shipments are made every Monday and Thursday. Order placed up to midnight the night before delivery day will be delivered. All other orders will be delivered on the following delivery day. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout or the e-mail on file to notify you once your order has been delivered or shipped. For orders that are shipped, you will receive a tracking number once it has been shipped.
If a delivery day falls on a holiday, deliveries and shipments will be completed the following day unless otherwise communicated via text or email.
In-store pickup
We currently do not offer in-store pickup.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jessica@transientcoffeecompany.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
